Lokichogio, located near Lodwar in Turkana County, Kenya, has not received and/or understood the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It also does not have access to medical care, and there are widespread food insecurities due to Turkana County being one of the most arid and remote areas in Kenya.

The local residents will be open to receiving medical and food assistance. They are receptive to outsiders (those not from the immediate area) and have been receptive to the Gospel in the past, especially when it was accompanied by assistance (medical and food).

In October 2025 The Fellowship Global Missions Team will serve alongside the local missionary team from Deliverance Church Super Highway, with assistance of local workers from Lokichogio Deliverance Church, to conduct a Medical Evangelist Ministry in Lokichogio, Kenya.

Main Objectives:

1. Spread the evangelize and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

2. Provide medical services and food support.

3. Give The Fellowship Church Global Team experience that will prepare them to conduct medical ministry anywhere in the world.

The Fellowship Global Team members will be selected after an application and interview process. They will then go through a series of training sessions.

Once they arrive in Kenya they will connect and spend a day with their Deliverance Church Super Highway counterpart who they will be serving alongside during the Medical Evangelist Ministry.

On the final day of the mission trip, the team will visit one of the Kenyan safaris.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you are at least 18 years old and have a passion for sharing the message of salvation with other cultures or if you work in the medical field as a doctor, nurse, dentist, etc.

We have space for only 10 participants: five medical staff and five evangelists.

What is the cost?

The total cost is $3,500, which includes flights, transportation, food, lodging and safari.
